Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times is very important to us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Our web store will compute correct shipping charges for domestic and international shipping. You will have two shipping options to choose from, United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. PST usually ship same day, however during holidays or unexpected spikes in order volume, it may take us a bit longer to get your order out.  Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping charges are subject to change.  You will be notified should an error be found in what you paid for shipping.  If you need to receive your order by a certain date, and are unsure which shipping option to choose, please contact us and we will be happy to help you decide.

 

MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR OFFICE/ WAREHOUSE?

Yes, if you are in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and wish to make the trip or send a courier to Irving then you are welcome to pick up your order and no shipping will be charged.  All orders must be placed via our website, email, fax or phone.  No orders will be taken in office.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipments may be Subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/ or postal authorities. If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed if for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) we will not refund any product or shipping.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in your shipping fee paid to us. RC America is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  We suggest that customers contact their local postal carrier or customs department for further information on duties, taxes, or custom fees for their country.

 

CAN I USE A FREIGHT FORWARDER?

We currently do not allow the use of a freight forwarder

 

CAN YOU LIST A LOWER AMOUNT ON MY INVOICE?

We cannot list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on invoices or customs forms, after any discounts; please note that store credit is not a discount, and is taxable. Please do not ask us to list a lower amount, or list your order as a 'gift', as it would be illegal for us to do.
